Change of time for Doga classes

Our special "Doga" classes are still available at slightly different times:
Tuesdays from 2:00-3:00 pm
Fridays from 1:30-2:30 pm
All Doga classes are held in Sara's home in Longthorpe and are llimited to just 5 participants - booking essential. The classes are for anyone who would like to go slightly deeper into the why and how of our yoga practise. The classes are also attended by Sara's 2 Springer Spaniels (Charlie & Lola) hence the name "Doga"!
