Re-registering with Yoga Alliance

In preparation for some of the Continuing Education courses I am planning to offer this year, I have re-registered with the Yoga Alliance who will accredit the training I offer to Yoga Teachers.

Family bereavement & break in yoga classes

Sadly, due to the loss of a close family member, I will be taking a short bereavement break from the yoga classes. Classes will resume from Monday 4th November.
