Saturday classes at Lakeside@Ferry Meadows

These classes are now every week!  Every Saturday morning from 9th September from 9:30 - 10:30 am.

Garden Yoga for the summer!

New class for the summer from Friday 2nd June:  Garden Yoga!

Come along to our home and practise out in the garden (indoor available in the event of wet weather).  Class will be from 9:30 - 10:30 am.  Booking is essential.  If a class becomes fully booked a later one can be added on the same day...!

All the dates are now set for our Yoga Sessions at Lakeside@Ferry Meadows for 2017!  They are already available on our booking system, so if you are planning on joining us on one of the sessions, please book up your place as the last 2 Flow Yoga sessions have been fully booked with a waiting list and the last Body Yoga was busy too!

Our classes resume from Monday 9th January:-


* Longthorpe Village Hall on Mondays at 1:30 & 7:30 pm
* St B's Hall, Yaxley on Thursdays at 11:15 am
* Nene Park Community Centre, off Sugar Way, Woodston on Fridays at 9:30 am.

 

Other classes are also available in schools, local businesses and at Ferry Meadows.  Private 1-2-1 sessions can also be arranged.

Are you interested in finding out more about meditation?

We're running a series of informal meditation evenings - in front of a lovely log-burning stove! Our overall theme this season will be “Exploring the Senses”.

Throughout this series of evenings we will explore different approaches to meditation and teach a variety of techniques from several different traditions. No previous experience of meditation is required.

All sessions will be on Thursday evenings from 7:30 - 8:30 pm, one a month: 20th October, 17th November, 15th December, 19th January, 16th February and 16th March.

Fees are:  £45 for 6 sessions, £40 for 5 sessions, £33 for 4 sessions, £25.50 for 3 sessions, £18 for 2 sessions or £9.50 for 1 session.

The Summer Term of yoga classes will finish on Weds 6th July.  The Autumn Term will resume from Monday 5th September.

 In the meantime; here's a selection of yummy summer yoga sessions we will be offering during August:

Body and Soul Yoga

For our more experienced yoga practioners we now offer a new range of classes "Body and Soul Yoga"

"Body Yoga" is a more challenging physical practise focused on strength and conditioning and working on more demanding postures (asanas) and sequences (vinyasas).  It is held on the 2nd Saturday of each month at Lakeside@Ferry Meadows, Peterborough from 9:30 - 10:30 am.  Booking essential - especially as this class is kept to small numbers to allow each participant more support.

"Soul Yoga" is a fortnightly class exploring deeper into your yoga practise and includes breathing techniques, yoga philosophy and meditation.  There will be a short stretch at the beginning of the class, but this session is more about stretching yourself mentally, emotionally and maybe even spiritually...  This class is held in Longthorpe, Peterborough on Thursday evenings from 8:00 - 9:00 pm once a fortnight beginning from 29th October 2015.  Please book in advance.
