Pregnancy Yoga

Yoga can help women get through their pregnancy with minimal discomfort. It also helps the birth and post-delivery stages.

Pregnancy yoga is a wonderful, safe and gentle practice that not only strengthens your body throughout pregnancy but practising pregnancy yoga regularly can also provide you with fantastic natural tools to prepare your body and support you physically, mentally and emotionally during childbirth and labour.

The key elements of pregnancy yoga are based on postures and techniques that are founded on breathing, gravity, relaxation and sound. Pregnancy yoga can also be adapted to various stages of your pregnancy and is wonderful for alleviating a multitude of pregnancy ailments such as heartburn, tiredness and backache.

There will be a Yoga for Pregnancy Course running for 6 weeks in Feb/March 2018.  Numbers are strictly limited.  Please call Sara direct for more information and to book in.  The classes will be delivered in Longthorpe during the day.
