Yoga is hugely useful in the workplace with many benefits widely reported, including;
* Health & safety: improvements in working posture for desk-bound colleagues helping in reducing pain in the back, neck, legs, etc.
* Increased ability to concentrate
* Learning techniques for coping with stress
Classes can be delivered in your own workplace for groups from 10 - 16 at a time with some company's choosing to use their board rooms. Classes can be during lunchtimes (30-45 mins) or after work (up to 60 mins). All equipment is provided by 'Yoga with Sara' and all participants will need is to wear some appropriate loose clothing.
Classes are usually either paid for by the employer at an hourly rate or by the participants themselves at a discounted rate (so long as the teaching venue is provided free of charge).
